Constant Content- Sell Articles Online for Cash
In my opinion one of the all time best ways to make money online is by writing articles. Every article you produce can be used numerous times to generate tons of money. Associated Content is one of the best places to sell your content to because they pay in in cash upfront for each piece. As the author YOU can decide if you want to give them all the rights to the work or sell it to them “non-exclusively” meaning you have control over the piece and are able to use and reuse it however you choose. As I have mentioned before, you can make lots of money off of a single article by selling it to various sources. The source I want to discuss today is called Constant Content.
Constant Content is similar to Associated Content in the fact that you submit your articles to them and they will pay you for them. However there are a few differences. First, the thing I really like about CC is that they have job postings where different companies and individuals can list particular types of articles they need and how much they are willing to pay for them. It is not at all uncommon to see companies willing to pay $25 or more for a 400 word article on a specific topic. You can find this job list under the section in your profile called “Requested Content”. As of today there’s probably about 30 different wanted ads. Here’s a few that might interest you:
Parent & child based articles wanted – Pay $20 - $30 each
Home Buyers Guide -20+ tips – Pay $40 - $50
Music articles - $10 - $20
Pet articles /reviews/blog entries/ press releases - $20
Second, you can choose to set an asking price for your work. This is great because you can set a low price and make money fast or, if you wrote a killer piece, you can ask a lot for it. And companies WILL buy because CC has a neat system that entices them to do so. When a business logs onto Constant Content they are only able to read a blurb from the article. They must purchase the materials to gain access to the remainder of it. Whats greats is that YOU get to pick the blurb when you’re uploading your document for publishing.
There’s no cost to sign up with Constant Content and once you have created a membership you can begin uploading right away.
How to make the most money per article:
My suggestion for people looking to make the largest amount of money in the least amount of time is to do the following:
1. If you don’t have a blog or website, create one. Its fast and easy. Use a free server such as blogger.
2. Write each article as if you were writing it exclusively for your website. So pick a topic that interests you so your research per article is minimal, if any at all. Make your article 400+ words.
3. Submit your article to Associated Content “non-exclusively”. Expect to wait about 10 days to get an offer. Make sure you check your spam folder because most emails block their domain name. If you don’t see an offer just log onto their site and look for yourself, it’ll probably be there. Your very first offer will only be for about $3 or $4. Your second offer will be higher. Expect to make approximately $6 - $9 for a non exclusive piece.
4. Submit your article to Constant Content non-exclusively. I believe it is referred to as “Partial Rights” on their site. Pay varies. From my experiences each article will make you between $5 - $15.
5. Post your article on your website. Be sure to monetize your site somehow, whether it be though Google adds, PPC programs, PPL programs, etc. For complete reviews on these programs go to Paid Opportunities and search for the term you are interested in using the search box at the top of the site. I have written about 70 articles on different programs that you can generate great money from with no investment. A single article on your website, if monetized properly should make you a minimum of .75 per year. I have some article that I have earned hundreds of dollars of! According to web pros, one article has a “shelf life” of 10 years! So make it count! Lets think about this real quick – if your article only earns you .75 cents a year and you write 250 articles a year, that’s $187 a year. Might not sound like a whole lot, but that quite a few free tanks of gas just for a copy and paste job!
6. Depending on what you wrote about you may want to join a blogging site and post it there too. I like Gather.com because they pay you to post articles.
***Tori’s Tip: ALWAYS change your headline when reposting! Some search engines will have problems indexing your article if there’s 15 articles floating around the net with the same name!

Constant-Content is a nightmare when it comes to accepting articles. I have had dozens of rejections from them, but I re-read all their writer's guidelines and then tried again. I eventually got many articles accepted and have thus far (about 2 months and 12 artilces later) made about $67 with them.
Don't sweat if they reject your article. Try and correct and resubmit. If they reject it again, then submit it to Associated Content instead.
Good luck!
Thanks
