Blog to Profit - A New Company Like Blogitive
Quick story that I found to be amusing – So this morning I go tanning at the salon right by my home. I have been going there for years and have become familiar with the staff there. Anyways, there’s this one girl that works behind the counter named Jeanine Potter. I hadn’t seen her in about 6 months because I was pregnant and didn’t tan while being pregnant. So when I go inside I notice right off the bat that she’s very pregnant herself. I ask her how far along she is, blah, blah, blah. I then ask her if she had thought of a name for her son-to-be, and, no kidding, she says, “Harold, after my father.” I didn’t know if I should laugh or not because she’s NAMING HER KID FREAKING “HARRY POTTER”!!! Now there’s obviously much worse names, I’m not saying Harry Potter is a bad name, but come on! Is he going to attend school at Hogwarts too? Have an owl as a pet? Be the “Seeker” and catch the Golden Snitch? So that’s my story. I just had to share that. If anybody would like to comment on whether or not I am crazy, feel free! I love opinions!

If you’re a website owner or blogger and you’re looking to get a few extra bucks from your blog I have come across some more companies that are like Pay Per Post, Blogsvertise and Blogitive. I am going to milk this for al it’s worth and write an article about each of them.
Today’s article will focus on a program that you may be able to participate in called Blog to Profit. Now don’t confuse this one with Pays U @ Blog. It’s a different site entirely. Blog to Profit pays you up to $250 for each advertisement you write about that particular company. Blog to Profit is really into trying to work with the blogger to help them find “sponsors” (fancy word for advertisers) for their style of blog. So if you’re blog is about cooking, they will match you up only with sponsors whose ads will have something to do with cooking. This is pretty cool because if you have ever worked with Blogitive, you have seen some of the totally wack things they want you to write about, such as mail order brides. In addition, Blog to Profit only works with credible companies with genuine quality services to offer. So you don’t have to worry about not only writing about the mail order brides, but hiving to link to them on your site.

Registering your blog with blog to Profit is quick and easy, all you have to do is go to their homepage and fill oput your basic blog’s info. You don’t have to mention page rank or Alexa score but if you have a good PR or Alexa rating you may want to include this info in the section where you can enter additional info about your sites.
I do not believe there is a referral program in place for this company but HERE’s the link to their sign up page.

That story is freaking hilarious!! My husband's cousin and his new wife just had a baby, they named him Richard Nutter and plan to call him Dicky as of now. Ok so omg...roflmao, I say to my husband that poor kid is going to get beat up when he gets to school! Dicky Nutter, I wish you luck!!

Lisa - I actually have a "Dick" story for you. So my best friends name is Richard, his parents called him "Dick" when he was a child (and still to this day).
However, when he was a kid he was very, very thin, so his dad would call him "little Dick". This was fine with Rich until he reached about 3rd grade.
By the time Rich got to High School he had gained about 300 pounds and decided to be self proclaimed "Big Dick" - which I guess the ladies liked a little more.
But to this day his father still calls him Little Dick. Its especially entertaining when he yells it out infront of people.
Makes me thankful for my name.

oh that is too funny! Well I found out they are now calling the baby Richy, thank god, poor kid. He is named after my husband's Dad Richard. Most ppl. call my FIL Frank though, his middle name...lol.
