You can only apply for a blogger account with a root domain. e.g. www.domain.com you can not use www.domain.com/myblog , however you can use subdomains e.g. www.myblog.domain.com. So Blogger blogs are fine, but community blogging sites ARE NOT! And finally, your posts MUST be permanent! So don’t plan on removing the advertisement after you get paid. You can be banned for good if you try this!
