Paid Opportunities

Everywhere you look there's some company offering you an incentive to take a survey, but which companies are actually legit? I have spent hours going through all of them and creating little write up blurbs about each one. Every write up contains a summary of the company and a section called "Bad". The "Bad" is any downsides that exist with the company. There's quite a few legit ones that you may want to use.

American Consumer Opinion -
American Consumer Opinion pays members $4-$50 per completed Internet survey and it is free to join.
Bad: Not a ton of Surveys to take.

ECN Research -
ECN Research will provide you with links to other companies to sign up for. They email you every day with another “opportunity” for you to make money. Some are good, some are crap.
Bad: The companioes they suggest are all places they are affiliates of. They don’t suggest them because they honestly think it’s a wonderful opp for you, they suggest it cuz they get money for each one you register with. HOWEVER, I have found a few cool companies that I like because of ECN

Global Survey Group -
Incentive Site where users receive Cash, Coupons, Discounts, Gifts and Rewards for participating in surveys of all sorts. Easier to complete than other survey offers.
Bad: More incentive offers than actual "surveys".

Guess Cash–
Guess is a predictive marketplace where users can earn money for guessing the outcome of future events. They have thousands of questions on a wide variety of topics including Sports, People & Entertainment, U.S. & World News, and Business & Finance. When the event actually occurs, and the user has correctly guessed the outcome, the total points eligible at the time of answering the question will be awarded. At the end of every month, the points that a player has earned can be converted in to cash.
You get paid when your account hits $25 and you can even get a $5 bonus for signing up!
Bad: You can add points to your account by completing offers. So if you run out of points and don’t answer anything right, you have to complete offers to get more.

Memolink -
Memolink members are rewarded with points for shopping online, taking surveys, visiting websites, playing trivia, and more. Points are redeemable for gift cards, cash, and charity donations. Plus you can get over 400 free coupons when you join.
Bad: To make big money you need to online shop. This is only bad if you don’t like online shopping.

Mindfield Online –
I get about 2 survey a week from them. Surveys are worth $2 - $12, if you complete them.
Bad: Referral program is lame. For every friend you refer who registers and activates their account within the allotted 30 days, you will be entered into a drawing for one of several cash prizes.

Opinion Square -
Take 3 – 4 surveys a month and earn points. Points are redeemed for gift cards.
Bad: You have to download the softwear in order to take the surveys. The softwear doean’t do anything (not a virus, doesn’t go through your personal files, etc), but they want you to download it anyway.

Panda Research -
Panda Research is similar to Vindale, except you have many more totally free offers that you can use to make money. In addition you get a $5 sign up bonus plus $1.40 or so per referrals. PandaResearch is ranked amongst the top performing offers when it comes to referral pay outs.
Bad: You have to make $100 to get paid.

Permission Research –
PermissionResearch collects information that is used by a U.S.-based market research company that is a nationally-recognized authority on Internet and general economic trends. Major media outlets such as the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, CNN, and CNBC routinely cite this data.

In exchange for having their Internet browsing and purchasing activity observed, members have access to free software downloads and other benefits including:
• Free online disk storage
• Free software to password protect important documents and folders
• Free software to help maintain online privacy
• Over 450 free online games
• Free email virus protection
• Free screensavers
• Free sweepstakes entries
• Points redeemable for merchandise and gift cards
Bad: You only make money if you win one of their sweepstakes.

Survey Adventure:
Survey Adventure is a database of paid to take survey places.
Bad: They don’t actually offer surveys, they offer places you can take them.

Survey Annex -
Survey Annex is the largest database of survey companies, reward programs and focus groups where users get unlimited access to over 700 companies that will pay cash, incentives and rewards for their opinions. Users can potentially make from $4 to $20 an hour working part time, In addition users receive full support and a complete guide on how to make this a part time or full time business from home.
Bad: You have to pay a one time fee of $39.97 for a lifetime membership

Survey 4 Profit -
Survey4Profit isn’t a survey company at all. They are one of those gimmicky sites that wants you to complete offers to win things. The “surveys” they offer are those ones like “Which do you prefer, McDonalds or Burger King”, then, after you select one or the other you are brought to a page that makes you fill out a million little “yes or no” bubbles – “Do you want information on cash advances? Do you want to refinance your home?”, etc.

Survey Payoff -
Survey Payoff is the same as Survey Adventure. They are a database of paid survey companies
Bad: They don’t personally offer any surveys

Survey Savvy -
By far my favorite of all time survey company. I have been with them for over a year and have made over $700 in surveys and referrals. Great, LEGITIMATE program!
Bad: You only earn $2 per survey

Survey Team
If you sign up for survey team, you really do get a FREE vacation, but you have to agree to attend a time share presentation while you are there. To read more about timeshare presentations, check out THIS article. Anyways, SurveyTeam gives you money for completeing surveys which are really “trial offers”. For example, if you take the survey for birth control pills then request the coupon for them you earn $2. Plus, if you sign up today you get a $3 bonus.
Bad: Many of the offers require credit cards. And just like with Vindale, if you forget to cancel your free trial you will get stuck paying for something you don’t want.

Synovate Surveys -

The Net Panel -
Chance to win prizes for filling out “surveys”.
Bad: Same as Survey 4 Profit

Tik Tik Cash –
Earn Same as Panda Research but you can also get paid to read emails and play games too. $1.30 per referral. This program is also ranked amongst the top performing offers when it comes to referral pay outs.
Bad: You have to earn $100 to cash out.

Vindale Research –
Sign up and make an instant $7. Lots of surveys to take every month, but many do require you to try free samples/free trials that you have to enter your credit card info for. Plus, get $5 for every referral!
Bad: If you decide to take an offer and use your credit card info, then forget to cancel the “free trial”, your card will get charged.
